Mr. McGill handles the land use matters in the firm. He has served as counsel to several different local Land Use Boards since 1993 and currently represents boards in municipalities as diverse as the Borough of Spring Lake and the City of Trenton. Mr. McGill has appeared on behalf of individuals and corporations before many of the Boards throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties and is thoroughly familiar with Land Use practice and procedure. Each municipality has its own practices and procedures. Mr. McGill specializes in working with the personnel of each town to ensure each application is presented in a manner most likely to achieve his clients goals.
Mr. McGill and Mr. Hall both practice in Municipal Court. For many, this is the only court that they will ever see.
